White tea is essentially green tea made from only the first young buds of the tea plant.
These are picked before the young buds open at the start of spring.
The tea gets its name from its light green, white shimmering colour.
All the strength and nutrients of the plant are contained within these young buds.
White tea is much more effective than green tea because it contains three times as many polyphenols. Polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant, not only promote a stronger immune system but also help us in the fight against free radicals.
Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule
550 mg white tea extract.
