Creatine is an organic nitrogen compound.
Creatine is naturally present in the body and is produced in the liver, pancreas, and kidneys.
Creatine is also found in our diet, particularly in animal products such as chicken, beef, and fish.

Composition:
​400 grams of pure creatine monohydrate

PURE: without fillers, without additives.

Usage
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (5g), preferably before and after training.
After using for 1 month, take a break of 4 weeks.
Ensure adequate fluid intake during and after training. Min. 1.5 litres per day.
