GLUCOSAMINE HCI (shellfish), FISH OIL Omega 3, Chondroitin Sulphate, MSM, SOY LECITHIN (non-gmo), beeswax, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin capsule
1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening during meals.
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.
