SNP 5 HTP 120 mg pure - Herbal preparation

This special substance derived from Griffonia Simplicifolia seeds can contribute to a restful night's sleep and/or a good mood. 
It is also used as an alternative to St. John's Wort.

Composition per daily dosage of 1 capsule:
480 mg Griffonia Simplicifolia extract (standardised to 25% 5-HTP),
of which 120 mg is L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).

Usage
Take 1-2 capsules per day with a meal
or between meals or just before bedtime with plenty of water.

Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
Do not use 5-HTP during pregnancy or
while breastfeeding, in case of Down syndrome,
scleroderma, kidney and liver disorders.

Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
