Add boiling water (80°C).
Let it steep for 3 minutes.
Bring fresh water to the boil and allow it to boil if necessary. Spring water is very suitable for making tea, but not essential. Use spring water especially when tap water contains a lot of lime or other unwanted flavours. Then rinse the teapot or cup with a bit of boiling water so it is pre-warmed. Place the tea bag in the pot and let the tea steep. For a stronger or lighter tea, you can adjust the time or, if desired, use a second bag. Stir the tea briefly before pouring.
