Ingredients
Organic black tea, natural bergamot aroma.
Add boiling water (100°C).
Let it steep for 3 minutes.
Bring fresh water to the boil and, if needed, let it boil further. Spring water is very suitable for making tea, but not necessary. Use spring water especially if tap water contains a lot of lime or other unwanted flavours. Then, rinse the teapot or cup with a bit of boiling water to pre-warm it. Place the tea bag in the pot and allow the tea to steep. For a stronger or lighter tea, you can adjust the time or, if desired, use a second bag. Stir the tea briefly before pouring.
