Chamomile teaSalus

The fragrant flowers of the chamomile plant are among the most well-known herbs for a tea or steam bath. Chamomile is a nurturing and relaxing herb. This is why chamomile tea is often consumed before bedtime. It even has a positive effect on teething babies. An additional benefit is that chamomile is one of the few herbs that can strengthen the intestinal flora with regular use.

Since 1916, Salus-Haus, located in Bruckmühl in the Bavarian Alpine region, has been one of the largest processors of herbs and plants in Europe. In the Salus herb garden, more than 200 different species from around the world are grown.

Usage
Pour 200 ml of boiled water over the sachet.
Leave to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes.
