I've been taking this supplement for a week now, but I've noticed that my stools are slightly looser and a bit greener. Not really bothersome or anything, but when I try to Google it, I can't find anything about it. Is this normal, is it permanent?

This happens because some vitamins and minerals aren't fully absorbed by the body and are excreted through the stools. If you're taking Royal Green Vitamin B12 and notice changes in your stools, it might be due to the supplement. However, it's difficult to say for certain, as everyone reacts differently to supplements. If the changes in your stools persist or if you experience other symptoms, it's always a good idea to get in touch with a healthcare professional. Although these sorts of changes are often harmless, it's important to discuss any concerns you have with a doctor or other health specialist.

How many micrograms per day are recommended for vegans?
On 31 march 2019 by Customer serviceA good guideline is between 50 and 250 mcg of B12 per day. If you are new to veganism, this is more than sufficient to maintain your B12 status.
In the case of a diagnosed deficiency (or after prolonged veganism without the use of dietary supplements), it is advisable to take 1000 mcg per day for several weeks or months, preferably in the form of methylcobalamin.
With Royal Green Vitamin B12, you can take one capsule per day. This provides 250 mcg of well-absorbed B12 (methylcobalamin).
