Regarding B vitamins, it is only allowed to state that vitamin B2, B3, and biotin "contributes to the maintenance of normal skin." Other nutrients for which this claim has been approved are vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, iodine, and copper.
As for nails, only zinc and selenium qualify for this health claim.
Health claims for hair are only approved for biotin, copper, zinc, and selenium.
