I take magnesium right before going to sleep. 2 capsules. It helps, in addition to all the good properties of magnesium, also for xxx

I can recommend it to every athlete! No [.....] after a running competition! The most junk-free product that exists, highly recommended!

Is it safe to take Royal Green magnesium during pregnancy?
On 03 june 2020 by Customer serviceThis product is not suitable for use during pregnancy because it contains Ashwagandha. Due to the lack of safety data, it is advised against taking such herbs when you are pregnant.
I am satisfied with the effectiveness of the Magnesium from this brand. The packaging states that the Ashwagandha added to the Magnesium contributes to normal resistance against temporary stress. What does that last part mean exactly? Does Ashwagandha not work for prolonged stress, or should the product not be used due to the Ashwagandha if there is no stress?

However, "stressful circumstances" is colloquial language for exciting and disturbing life situations, and certain herbs may be recommended to support this.
Manufacturers are therefore obliged to write "stressful circumstances" or "for temporary stress". This is separate from the properties of ashwagandha.
Royal Green Magnesium with ashwagandha can be taken throughout the year, for as long as you wish.

A good guideline for adults in the Netherlands is 10 to 50 mcg per day, or even 100 mcg per day in the case of a diagnosed deficiency. Therefore, combining it with another source of vitamin D is advisable.
The Royal Green Magnesium provides 5 mcg of vitamin D per two capsules. Together with the 7.5 mcg, this totals 12.5 mcg. This is still a relatively low dose, but better than just the 7.5 mcg. You could also take two tablets of the vitamin D supplement. In that case, the total would amount to 15 + 5 = 20 mcg.
