Royal Green Relax provides 100% certified organic rhodiola, lemon balm and saffron. The lemon balm comes from Southern Europe. Lemon balm is a member of the mint family and has been used for relaxation since the Middle Ages.* At Royal Green, a 5:1 concentration is used. The rhodiola comes from North America and Canada and grows in cold, mountainous regions. Rhodiola root contains more than 140 active ingredients and is supplied in a 2:1 concentration. The organic saffron comes from Iran and is supplied in a 5:1 concentration.
