So far, I find this probiotic to be the best. It's a very good product for me, and I am very satisfied with it.
Nice small balls, which makes them very easy to take. This is particularly important on an empty stomach. Royal Green is a reliable brand.
Since I started using probiotics, my gut has been much calmer. When I stop using them for a while, I definitely notice it. I've been taking these for 1.5 years.
Hello users, thanks to your feedback (and a new technology), we have explored whether we could make the tablet smaller. This had to be done while maintaining the amount of bacteria. We succeeded, and the tablet is now 30% smaller, making it much easier to swallow.
Good product. However, it is quite difficult to swallow.
Flora Gold is gluten-free.

Composition per daily dosage of 2 tablets:
8 billion bacteria
The bacterial mix consists of equal proportions of Lactobacillus fermentum, L. plantarum, L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and B. longum.
Also contains 50 mg FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides).
Ingredients
Bacterial mix, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), gelling agent: pectin, anti-caking agents: stearic acid and sodium carbonate, thickening agent: guar gum, turmeric (curcuma longa)

Flora Gold is free from chemicals, preservatives, synthetic sweeteners, and flavourings. Flora Gold is also gluten-free.
2 tablets per day, preferably 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on an empty stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

On 15 march 2018 by Customer serviceIt is better to give a 3-year-old child the Acidophi Kidz chewable tablets instead. These are more pleasant for the child to take. The product also contains excellent strains of bacteria, at a somewhat lower dose (1 billion instead of 4 billion).
