Much of the cheaper acacia honey comes from China. This premium acacia honey is sourced from the Robinia pseudoacacia, which blooms in May and June in Hungary & Romania. During this brief flowering period, our bees collect nectar from trees as tall as 25 metres, creating a unique honey.
