Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store Plantina R-alpha-lipoic acid in a dry place at room temperature and ensure the container is tightly closed. The expiry date is stated on the packaging. The total shelf life is three years.

R-alpha lipoic acid in capsule form. Can these be opened and the contents mixed, for instance, with mashed banana or some custard?

I have added an image of the capsules to the product page (although it does not show exactly how large they are).
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules and tablets, you could use the Gloup Slik Weg gel. This product helps tablets slide down the throat more easily.
