Good price-quality ratio, natural product, highly dosed, exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied.
I cannot help but mention that it is a good product. The whole family is now using it. It helps not only when you receive too little sunlight, but also with a number of other conditions.
Easy to take, with a high dosage of vitamin D, and based on natural ingredients. Highly recommended.

In a report by the Health Council published at the end of 2008, the amount a person needs, based on these new insights, has been significantly increased. However, it is not permitted to recommend a daily dose in a supplement higher than 200 IU (5 mcg) for ordinary people. Therefore, most dietary supplements have this dose as a maximum. When the label states 'suitable only for children up to 6 years old, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and persons aged 60 and over', a daily dose of up to 600 IU is allowed. This is the case with Plantina Vitamin D.
A group of international experts with great renown in the field of vitamin D recommend a daily dose of 2000 IU (50 mcg) of vitamin D. This goes significantly further than the advice of the Health Council.
The effective form of vitamin D
Plantina Vitamin D therefore contains a high dosage compared to other vitamin D dietary supplements. Moreover, vitamin D3, the most active form of vitamin D (compared to vitamin D2), has been chosen.

On 04 december 2013 by Customer service10 mcg is increasingly seen by many experts as an absolute minimum, even for Dutch individuals with lighter skin. Most experts recommend dosages between 15 and 100 mcg per day.
Plantina Vitamin D 600 IU provides a total of 20 mcg of vitamin D when combined with the Prenatal, which is generally a good amount. You can also consider increasing this dosage to 35 mcg per day.
