The vitamin C from Plantina is a top product for me.
For about a year now, I have been taking 2 tablets every morning with breakfast. This is because I used to be ill so often. Since then, I haven't been sick at all!! If I feel a cold coming on, I take 2 tablets twice a day (or sometimes 3 times a day, 2 tablets) and it’s fantastic. I am really very pleased with it!

As I have difficulty swallowing tablets: can I chew the Plantina vitamin C 1000 or grind it to a powder and take it (for example, with yoghurt)? Thank you and kind regards, Kim
