Hello Vitaminestore,
I have a preference for Fish Oil Omega 3 from Royal Green and Plantina Trimare Fish Oil, mainly because the gelatine in both tablets is fish-derived and they are extra pure. However, I am not yet sure which one is best for me. I see that Royal Green's product contains not only EPA and DHA but also other omega 3 fatty acids, such as ALA and DPA (and also HTA, SDA, ETE, ETA, and HPA?). I do not find this information with Plantina, where I only see EPA and DHA. Is this correct?
Additionally, Royal Green has a higher dosage of EPA. I am a 31-year-old man, and what I value most is concentration and good memory. Should I then opt for Royal Green or Plantina?
In terms of price, Plantina is more economical for larger quantities...
I hope to receive answers to both questions.

Therefore, Royal Green's product contains a much higher dose of the important omega-3 fatty acid EPA. This explains the price difference.

Plantina Trimare fish oil capsules distinguish themselves from other fish oil supplements by their very high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. For use, Plantina recommends 2 capsules per day and EYE Q for 12 weeks at 6 to 9 capsules, followed by 2 capsules per day. Is the ratio of EYE Q really that special, or can I simply opt for the Plantina capsules?
