Physalis Star Anise Organic

- Star anise oil, rich in anethole, aids digestion and soothes bloating.
- Often used in products to soothe the respiratory tract.

Ingredients
Essential oil from the green fruit of Illicium verum (star anise)
Naturally contains linalool, d-limonene.

Usage
Oral: 1 to 2 drops, twice a day. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
