Ginger essential oil
Usage
Oral: Take 1 to 2 drops twice a day with a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: Massage bath: 2 - 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 - 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
Warning:
Never apply undiluted to the skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
