My experience is that I feel less hungry with this product. I do need to exercise and watch my diet, especially keeping sugar to a minimum is very important. Annette
I find the organic green tea pleasant to use because it effectively suppresses my hunger with just two capsules a day. Very nice. Annette
BIO-T is truly a recommendation!!! I have been using it for 1 week and 2 days now. Every day I take 2 capsules with breakfast, 2 capsules at lunch, and 2 capsules with dinner. It works wonders, no more cravings for sugar and tasty snacks. It is an excellent product if you want to lose weight. I have already lost nearly 2 kilos, thanks to my diet plan, BIO-T, and running for an hour five times a week. Additionally, drinking plenty of water and creating my own diet and exercise plan really helps; it gives you a sense of control. Once I reach my target weight, I will reduce my intake from 6 capsules a day to 3, to avoid the yo-yo effect. Dear people, this product really works!!! But you also need to exercise and not think that BIO-T will simply shed the pounds for you. It is a fantastic product, but you must put in some effort as well. Wishing you all lots of success!
I have been using BioT for a few years now; it is a top product for me that keeps my body weight stable. I also exercise every day, which is a very good combination.
