My experience is that I feel less hungry with this product. I do need to exercise and watch my diet, especially keeping sugar to a minimum is very important. Annette

BIO-T is truly a recommendation!!! I have been using it for 1 week and 2 days now. Every day I take 2 capsules with breakfast, 2 capsules at lunch, and 2 capsules with dinner. It works wonders, no more cravings for sugar and tasty snacks. It is an excellent product if you want to lose weight. I have already lost nearly 2 kilos, thanks to my diet plan, BIO-T, and running for an hour five times a week. Additionally, drinking plenty of water and creating my own diet and exercise plan really helps; it gives you a sense of control. Once I reach my target weight, I will reduce my intake from 6 capsules a day to 3, to avoid the yo-yo effect. Dear people, this product really works!!! But you also need to exercise and not think that BIO-T will simply shed the pounds for you. It is a fantastic product, but you must put in some effort as well. Wishing you all lots of success!

Bio-T is a combination product with green tea extract and CLA. Green tea's active substance is EGCG.
CLA
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a natural, polyunsaturated fatty acid. The CLA in our diet is mainly provided by fat in dairy products. Dairy products with 0% fat contain 0% CLA. The fat in whole milk contains approximately 7 mg of CLA per gram of fat.
The CLA in Bio-T comes from a vegetarian source and is derived from safflower oil.
