The combination of 5HTP and fish oil works well for me to feel better in myself. Because I get headaches from some brands of fish oil and can't tolerate them, I stick to this one.
Affordable, pleasant softgel capsule, no aftertaste, side effects or anything like that. I have some eczema spots on my legs and after a week of use, I see them fading away; it seems like more than coincidence since I haven't done anything else.
Excellent in terms of price and quality/quantity.
I don’t stock these fish oil capsules, and they don’t stick together in the jar because they come in blisters. I also read recently that omega 3 is good for your brain. I can now concentrate better at work! Or could that just be a notion? In any case, a great product at a sharp price.
Absorption of active ingredients
Bio-Marine contains free fatty acids that can be immediately absorbed in the digestive system. Bio-Marine does not contain triglycerides, which must first be converted into free fatty acids before the body can absorb them. This conversion does not always proceed optimally, which is why Pharma Nord has chosen free fatty acids.
Thanks to the exceptionally high concentration of fatty acids in Bio-Marine, the product can be offered in small, easy-to-swallow capsules. The intake of unnecessary fat is minimal, so users will experience little to no heartburn.
Bio-Marine is checked for peroxide levels and heavy metal concentration. The product is completely free of vitamins A and D.

Counting calories is increasingly discouraged by nutritionists and weight loss consultants. The emphasis nowadays is much more on the carbohydrates/sugars in our food and drinks.
