good, easy and effective
I no longer have an irresistible urge for sugar. This is the chromium product that gives me the optimal result. Other chromium products helped reduce the cravings, but now that I use this one, they are gone.

Chromium is an essential mineral that contributes to the normal digestion and storage of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. I take Pharma Nord Chromium and magnesium. Can I also take glucosamine with it?

A total of 300 micrograms of chromium is an acceptable, safe amount. So if you wish to temporarily increase your intake a bit further, that is perfectly fine. The World Health Organisation (WHO) sets a safe upper limit of 250 mcg per day, but it is not an issue to take a slightly higher dose for a few weeks or months. There are no known adverse effects of excessive chromium intake, and in the Netherlands, there is no maximum dose set.
