As an outdoor sports instructor, I often experience very cold hands and feet, but thanks to Bio Biloba, which promotes better circulation, I am now more resilient to the cold and can perform my duties more effectively. The lady in the shop did say that it also works for cold hands and feet, in addition to being good for your memory, and both claims are true! I've been using it for a few months now, and throughout the winter, I've had much less cold hands and feet, which is lovely! As for my memory, it's harder to say, although I hardly ever forget to take my keys with me when I leave the house, for example. Or to call someone back, which I normally always forgot. I must say, it’s truly a top product for me, a 54-year-old woman!
