Composition

Adults and children from 12 years: Take 1-3 times daily 2 drops in lukewarm water or tea or 1-3 times 2 drops on the wrist, lick and inhale deeply.

Dosage and use

• Bad breath: Mix 1 – 2 drops on the tongue with saliva, then swallow.
• Inhalation for blocked nose and airways: Place 1 – 3 drops in a glass of hot water, inhale the steam well and then drink the water in small sips.
• Steam bath: 2 – 3 times daily 5 drops in a bowl of hot water, place head above it and cover head with a cloth. Inhale as a steam bath for 5 – 10 minutes (keep eyes closed). Use an inhaler if necessary.
• Sauna / bath: 5 – 10 drops on the stones or in the water is very refreshing.
• Sensitive and stiff muscles: Rub the sensitive areas several times daily with 5 drops of oil and keep warm.
• Stimulating energy pathways: Massage with a few drops of oil on the energy pathways (known in acupuncture as meridians) e.g., the forehead during tension and pressure on the head.

Children aged 2 to 12 years:
Place a dish with 2 – 3 drops of Orient oil on the cupboard in the bedroom. For relief of breathing, rub a few drops on the chest, or place a towel with a few drops on the pillow at bedtime. A few drops on a handkerchief also provide quick relief.

Do not give undiluted Orient oil or bring into direct contact with children and infants under 2 years.

No negative effects are known when using Orient oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
