Ortho Multi Sport is a comprehensive formula of the highest quality. As with all multi's from OrthoVitaal, various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate have been chosen. The multivitamin formulas from OrthoVitaal also contain a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
This multi is supplemented with components specifically for the active individual. Think of extra antioxidants, enzymes, and MACA.
