The multi formulas from OrthoVitaal contain not only the expected vitamins and minerals but also various other important components, such as Inositol, PABA, Choline, Betaine, and Bioflavonoids. A selection of active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12) and organic mineral ingredients like magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate has been made. OrthoVitaal is also one of the few multi formulas to include a mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
Unique to the Ortho Multi Man are the components specifically aimed at men, such as saw palmetto, mucuna pruriens, MACA, and lycopene.
