This supplement uses methylcobalamin. The B12 is also accompanied by folate (active folic acid) and the active form of vitamin B6 (or P-5-P). These vitamins work synergistically and all contribute to normal homocysteine levels.

B12 helps with fatigue and supports energy levels.

Usage

Let 1 lozenge melt under the tongue once daily.
