This brand was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I started using the fish oil since I experienced [.....] and was advised against using hormone pills for menopausal symptoms. My skin, especially my hands and feet, feels better than in previous years; I even apply less hand cream. Of course, it's also less cold, which could make a difference. I am very pleased with an unexpected side effect, which really can’t be attributed to anything else, namely much stronger nails that also seem to grow better! I try to take them before dinner; at other times, I notice that the fish oil tends to cause 'reflux'. This is not the case with a comparable, but more affordable, product from Vitaminstore. I take that one myself and also give it to my shepherd dog, who needs it for his skin.
Hello, Omega 3 is said to be good for the blood vessels.. and it is, as it promotes better circulation in the smaller blood vessels! Well, I can say that my hands and feet haven't been getting cold so quickly lately.. :) Could Omega 3 be the reason.. perhaps it is :)

The Trimare contains comparable amounts of EPA (300 mg) and DHA (200 mg). The Fish Oil Omega-3 contains 530 mg of EPA and 160 mg of DHA.
