Multi Probiotics contains not only an extensive combination of nutrients but also 2.5 billion viable bacteria. These are viable bacteria from 4 different bacterial strains. The vitamins C and D in this multi are good for your immunity. Additionally, the multi contains a generous amount of vitamin B12, and Ginkgo biloba, lutein, zeaxanthin, and Co-enzyme Q10. Multi Probiotics is suitable for those aged 12 and over, except during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Probiotics are viable bacteria that we have been consuming in large quantities through foods like cheese or yoghurt, tofu, and pickles since time immemorial. Soaking the probiotics before intake is not necessary. In that respect, it is simply a multi, with a recommended daily dosage of 1 capsule per day. Multi Probiotics contains vitamins C and D, which contribute to good immunity. Vitamin B12 also has a positive influence on the immune system. Furthermore, vitamin B12 is important for the nervous system and helps with fatigue.
