Mineral Max contains 500 mg of calcium and 250 mg of magnesium per tablet. Calcium and magnesium, along with manganese, zinc, and vitamin D, play an important role in bone formation.
Recommended daily intake
For those who consume little dairy, taking Mineral Max is advisable. Adult men and women (aged 19-50) require an average of 1000 milligrams (= 1 gram) of calcium per day. This equates to 4 to 5 glasses of milk. The recommended daily intake of magnesium for adult men (aged 19-50) is 300-350 mg and for adult women is 250-350 mg per day.

The Mineral Max tablets are quite large and therefore only suitable for experienced swallowers. Alternatively, you might need to crush each tablet. In terms of content, the Mineral Max can also be given to a 9-year-old child if absolutely necessary.
What is the intended purpose of giving this product? Has a doctor diagnosed a deficiency in the mentioned minerals?
If the focus is specifically on calcium and magnesium, you can give a 9-year-old child the Calcium Magnesium 1:1 Powder from NOW. This is more practical than crushing a tablet each time, and it is also comparatively more economical. This powder already contains a small amount (2.5 mcg) of vitamin D3, which is essential for the normal absorption of calcium. Additional vitamin D is perfectly fine, for example, Orthica's Vitamin D3 Chewable Tablets, each providing 15 mcg of vitamin D3.

iodine 50 + 150 = 200 mcg
iron 10 + 15 = 25 mg
manganese 5 + 1 = 6 mg
selenium 25 + 50 = 75 mcg

vitamin D3 2.5 + 15 = 17.5 mcg
These are all excellent amounts.
Prena Fem contains omega-3 fatty acids, but it is perfectly acceptable to take additional fish oil as well. This is especially recommended in the last trimester.
