A few years ago, I was told that liver oil, particularly cod liver oil, was a must for good health. I remembered that as a child, I always had to swallow a spoonful of cod liver oil dripped onto a teaspoon of sugar, which wasn't the most pleasant memory. However, I discovered that Orthiaca, considered one of the best, had it in capsules, so there was no unpleasant taste in the mouth. I've been using it daily since then and can recommend it to everyone. It's an incredibly good product!!
We take cod liver oil daily. There are many types and sizes available, and most brands/jars are not particularly cheap! However, this one was recommended to us by the BSM therapist. They are excellent and reasonably priced, making them ideal for the whole family.
Vitamins A, D, and E are fat-soluble, which means they are partially stored in the fatty tissue. For optimal absorption, they are best taken with a warm meal.

However, the main cause of overweight is the excessive consumption of carbohydrates (pasta, sugar, alcohol, bread, potatoes, etc.).

In comparison, a standard fish oil capsule generally contains around 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. Additionally, there are many higher-dosed fish oil capsules available on the market. Therefore, cod liver oil is not a substitute for Fish Oil.
