B12 Forte Sublingual are vitamin B12 lozenges with a good dose of B12 and a pleasant taste. Since a vitamin B12 deficiency often coincides with a folic acid deficiency, folic acid has been added to the formula as a precaution.

B12 Forte Sublingual contains vitamin B6 in its biologically active form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and therefore does not need to be converted in the body.
Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin is also a bioactive form and is therefore directly effective. Cyanocobalamin is a stabilised, passive form of B12, which can be converted in the body into one of the active forms; methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin.
Vitamin B12 in food is exclusively of animal origin; it is formed in the digestive tract by bacteria.
However, there are supplements available that are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans: B Total Excellent is one of them.
