I love using it while exercising.
Since I started taking it, I feel like I can train harder. I'm very pleased with it.
I started trying it on the recommendation of an athlete. I enjoy walking and maintain a good pace, but during the colder months, I suffer from many allergies and can't keep going for as long. When I use this, it becomes easier, and I benefit greatly from it.
Through healthy living and sufficient exercise, I had already managed to come off regular medication, although I was still using decongestants from the chemist. I have been using B15 for over a week now, and my use of the decongestant has already halved, as I also need much less nasal spray. If it falls within your (medication) possibilities, I would recommend giving this product a chance. Just don't go overboard; please proceed responsibly.
