It's a shame, I thought I'd found a good alternative to Solgar, which was out of stock for a while. Tried it for a few days but couldn't tolerate the addition of the (I think) vanilla flavour. I really experienced complaints that disappeared after stopping. Why add flavours? Keep it as simple as possible. We'll take it with something of our own choice that we know doesn't cause any unwanted side effects! Kind regards. Back to Solgar again.

| Inulin | 414 mg |
| Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) | 36 mg |
* CFU = colony-forming unit
Ingredients:
Corn starch, maltodextrin, inulin, potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, bacterial culture, fructo-oligosaccharides, enzymes, flavour enhancer: vanilla powder, manganese sulphate
Once daily, add 1 sachet to half a glass of lukewarm water (100 ml), let it stand for 10 minutes, stir well and drink.
Take New Care Bifido Lacto Complex at least an hour before or after meals, preferably before bedtime.
This product is a food supplement.

Do not exceed the recommended usage.
Keep out of reach of young children.
