At first, this seemed like a fantastic product, but I have now been using the nasal rinse for the third time since the beginning of October.
Everything went smoothly 😄. Ordered, arrived the next day. Absolutely perfect.
Super pleased with this purchase. It works perfectly. Beautifully packaged and delivered on time. Very satisfied with this product. Due to hygiene, it needs to be replaced after 4 months. Clearly stated. Absolutely brilliant.

Purchased a nasal douche again this year, but the quality of the renewed spray is dreadfully poor compared to previous years. Within 3 months, the spray has become very difficult to use due to stiffness. With the previous spray, I could use it for much longer. I will not be purchasing this again.

1 handige bewaar/reis koker
10 gratis sachets
- Zuig de zoutoplossing helemaal in de spuit
- Sta (of zit) licht gebogen over een gootsteen, wasbak of bad.
Duw de silicone tip tegen het neusgat, zodat deze compleet wordt afgesloten. Duw de zoutoplossing langzaam in het neusgat. Blijf normaal ademen door de mond en slik niet.
Wanneer de zoutoplossing de achterkant van de neusholte bereikt, zal de keel zich automatisch in een reflex afsluiten. De zoutoplossing vult de neusholte compleet en zal door het andere neusgat naar buiten stromen, met al het ongewilde slijm en verontreiniging.
Het kan voorkomen dat er een beetje in de keel loopt. Dit is niet schadelijk.
Een normale spoeling duurt zo'n 10 seconden per neusgat.
Gebruik een zakdoekje om achtergebleven zoutoplossing uit te snuiten. Er kan wat zoutoplossing achterblijven, wat er een paar uur later alsnog uit loopt.
Gebruik een spuit vol (60 ml) voor elk neusgat 's ochtends en 's avonds of naar behoefte.
