Lion’s Mane powder (Hericium erinaceus, full-spectrum fruiting body)*, Reishi powder (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body)*, Cordyceps powder (Cordyceps sinensis, full-spectrum mycelium biomass)*, Chaga powder (Inonotus obliquus, fruiting body)*, Maitake powder (Grifola frondosa, fruiting body)*, Shiitake powder (Lentinula edodes, fruiting body)*, Champignon powder (Agaricus Bisporus, fruiting body)*.
*Organic. Naturally contains sulphite.
Mix 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) once daily with a glass of water (250ml), tea, juice, or smoothie.
