Organic matcha tea!
Matcha is the only type of green tea where the entire tea leaf is consumed in powdered form and is made from the young leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis.
The tea leaves are harvested only in the spring. The finest and whole leaves are destemmed and slowly ground into a fine tea powder.

I have been using it for two weeks now. The taste takes a bit of getting used to, but it is becoming easier to drink.
Matcha tea is a green powder that you whisk into hot water (maximum 80 degrees). You need to enjoy a slightly bitter taste, but you can also incorporate it into smoothies or baking; it adds a lovely green colour to your cakes.
I ordered this Matcha to make tea, but it turned out the quality wasn't suitable for that. (Unless you enjoy it extremely bitter...) Perhaps it tastes alright in smoothies.
The quality of this Matcha is less enjoyable than the one we purchased in an ordinary supermarket in Japan.
I am used to the more expensive matcha tea, and unfortunately, this is quite disappointing. It is a much darker colour and fairly bitter, even if you whisk it briefly. Unfortunately.

Whisk 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder with water at 60-70°C into a frothy green liquid.
Never whisk for more than 30 seconds to prevent the tea from becoming bitter.
Alternatively, mix 1-2 tablespoons of Matcha Powder with fruit juice smoothie.
Contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.
A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place.

Dear Sir/Madam, It states two measuring scoops. But that is 10 grams of powder, isn't that quite a lot? On the internet, it says 2.5 grams of powder. That would mean you get 12 cups of tea from such a jar.

I have inquired with Mattisson, and they indicate that 1 measuring scoop is equivalent to 2 to 3 grams of matcha powder. This means that you can make approximately 20 cups of tea (with 1 jar of 125 grams of matcha powder) if you use 2 scoops per cup.
