Really delicious and very healthy. I have it daily by adding it to my breakfast with yoghurt, fruit, and chia seeds. Often also over dinner, particularly with pasta and rice dishes.
I think this is a good and very tasty product. I use it both at breakfast mixed with cornflakes and in the afternoon in a smoothie.
Because it has a lovely nutty taste, it's easy to add to your yoghurt every day! It has no unpleasant side effects.
It's healthy and has a nutty flavour, so it can be used in various ways! Very healthy with no side effects, of course ;-0 so it's highly recommended!
