On the recommendation of my orthomolecular therapist, I have added bone broth to my diet. I really notice a difference when I wash my hair; less falls out! It is also important to rinse your hair with cold water at the end of the shower, so that the hair cuticles can close again. This also helps to keep the hair strong.
Beef Bone Broth is prepared from meaty bones. The Bone Broth is then dehydrated, resulting in a concentrated Protein Powder, rich in Collagen Type 1, Vitamins, Minerals, and (Essential) Amino Acids. Due to the addition of Sunflower Lecithin, the powder dissolves very well.
