Works superbly well
It is very nice to have ashwagandha in powder form, much better than in capsule form. I can now taste it in the concentration I desire, and it is absorbed better.

I prefer taking ashwagandha not in capsule form but in powder form. By dissolving it myself in some lukewarm water, I give it my own "twist". Compare it to the potentisation of homeopathic products.
