I use it instead of regular vinegar in my vinaigrettes and such. It adds just that extra bit of flavour. And knowing you're doing well for your blood sugar levels and your gut makes it taste just that little bit better ;)

Usage

The 'mother' or ferment can form strands, lumps, or sediment in the drink, this is normal. Shake well before use. About a tablespoon as a shot, mix it with a drink, or use it as a dressing.

Storage
Do not store in direct sunlight. Once opened, it is best kept in the fridge for about 2 months.
