Excellent product, others cause me issues, but not this one.

A strong stomach required

Fish oil was delivered quickly and has a good composition on paper, but these capsules leave a very strong fishy aftertaste after consumption. Be prepared for unpleasant burps.

EPA and DHA are Omega 3 fatty acids that contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure (when consuming 3 grams of EPA and DHA per day, do not exceed 5 mg combined). EPA and DHA also have a beneficial effect on the heart (at 250 mg EPA & DHA per day). Additionally, DHA is good for the brain and vision (at 250 mg per day).

Usage
