This MCT oil is made from 100% coconut oil and therefore consists of 99% caprylic acid/C8.
MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglyceride and is a type of fatty acid. Medium-Chain means that the fatty acids have a medium-length chain. MCT oil provides quick energy and is not stored as fat.
