Is this form better absorbed than magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium citrate?

You only absorb a small portion of inorganic magnesium in your body compared to an organic form of magnesium. The best organic form of magnesium is magnesium linked to chelates such as magnesium bisglycinate. The amino chelate in magnesium bisglycinate is so strong that our stomach acid cannot split this form. The magnesium bisglycinate thus reaches our intestines as a complete element, allowing our body to absorb a higher available magnesium.
