Recently, I had a bioresonance assessment with Marion Koning (orthovision.nu). One of the recommendations that came from it was that using hemp oil would be beneficial for me. A product I was previously unfamiliar with. After some searching and comparing, I purchased this through Vitaminstore. It is absolutely delicious in salads. I also make a mixture with aloe vera gel and a few drops of frankincense essential oil, which I use as a natural body lotion, free from all chemical and thus dangerous additives found in most products from well-known brands.

Omega 7-9 1.6 g
Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 1-2 times daily with meals.
Do not heat the oil or use for frying and roasting.
Once opened, it is still usable for 6 weeks.
Store the oil chilled and in the dark.
The oil has a delightful nutty aroma and can also be added to salads, pasta, rice, yoghurt, and/or fruit juice.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Keep out of reach of children.
A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

It is a sticky and strongly flavoured oil that is typically taken in doses of 5 to 15 drops daily, depending on concentration and personal needs. For optimal absorption, these drops are best held in the mouth (under the tongue and against the cheek) before swallowing. CBD oil also contains virtually no THC (the psychoactive component in cannabis).
Thus, hemp seed oil can be viewed as a food product, similar to flaxseed oil, while CBD oil is regarded as a herbal preparation.

There are no guidelines on how many tablespoons a child should take to receive an equivalent amount of fish oil. This is because the body must convert alpha-linolenic acid into EPA and DHA, and this does not happen equally efficiently in everyone.
A child under the age of 6 particularly needs the omega-3 fatty acid DHA, as this fatty acid is an important nutrient for rapidly growing brains. DHA is also available from plant sources, such as algal oil. There are also DHA capsules available in various flavours.
