The items I ordered were delivered within two days, in packaging that wasn't too large. I was pleased to see that, as there was no unnecessary packaging material.

For my relaxation bath

Few things are as relaxing as a warm bath... How can you make it even more relaxing? Over the years, I've tried quite a few things, but this is now my go-to recipe: I'm not entirely sure how it works, but a hot bath with two cups of Epsom salt, half a cup of bicarbonate of soda (also available here), and a few drops of essential oil is absolutely marvellous. I read that lavender oil is very suitable for this, but I use Weleda's silver fir bath oil. Highly recommended.

100% Epsom salt (Magnesium sulphate).

Usage

External use: as bath salt, approximately 100 grams in a warm bath or as a compress to relax muscles.

Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day.
