Ingrediënten
Magnesium tricitraat, Calcium difosfaat, Kalium chloride, HPMC vegetarische capsule (huls), Keltisch zeezout, vegan MCT poeder (antiklontermiddel), Zink bisglycinaat.
2 x daags 2 capsules innemen met water. Op dagen met intensieve sport kan dit worden verhoogd tot 2 x 4 capsules.
Magnesium kan een laxerend effect hebben. De dosering kan in dat geval gehalveerd worden.
