Ingredients
Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium phosphate, Potassium chloride, malic acid (acidity regulator), citric acid (acidity regulator), Sea salt, natural lemon flavour, steviol glycosides from stevia (sweetener), turmeric (natural colouring), Zinc bisglycinate.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (10 grams) in 500 ml of cold water, juice, or shake. Preferably use a shaker or blender to mix. Can be used before or during sports or at any other time of the day.
Magnesium may have a laxative effect.
The dosage can be halved in such a case.
Note: Close the packaging tightly.
Contains a Silica sachet! Leave it in the packaging until it is empty.
