An excellent alternative to unhealthy sugar. A natural flavour reminiscent of brown sugar. Recently used for making organic chocolate chunks, delightful! (They were gone far too quickly!)
I have cancelled this sugar. It seems to be very good, but I didn't dare to try it because I don't eat sugar at all.
