Usage
1-3 times daily dissolve 10 grams of Collagen AlkaGreens powder (1 heaped scoop) in water, fruit juice or mix into a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.
